After 6 months of collective pressure and documented complaints, management completed major elevator repairs.

Our community submitted 47 documented complaints about elevator outages. After presenting this evidence to management and filing a formal complaint with Dallas Code Compliance, repairs were prioritized and completed.

Security Gate Repairs

Broken security gates in stairwells repaired after safety committee documentation.

The safety committee conducted a building-wide audit and documented 12 broken security gates. After presenting findings at a community meeting and notifying management in writing, all gates were repaired within 3 weeks.
