The Lofts at Sylvan Thirty Tenant Association was formed because residents deserve representation. Together, we can address building-wide issues that affect everyone and ensure our concerns are heard.

Legal Protection
Texas Property Code §92.331 protects your right to organize. Landlords cannot retaliate against tenant organization members.
Your Right to Organize is Protected
Under Texas law, landlords cannot retaliate against tenants who participate in tenant organizations. You are protected for 6 months after exercising your rights.
